		<description>This is true, and especially in smaller companies it is more common to find employees who are highly motivated by their employer. In this instance employees would be more likely to show respect for items given to them by the company. But in bigger companies where employees can feel more alienated from the core brand, is there not a case that employees will show less respect for items they have not paid for themselves? Maybe there is a case for awarding such items on merit or as an incentive to create that feeling of it being a valued possesion that has been earned and not given?</description>

		<description>I think this discussion holds no value. Is it a question of pushing responsibility to employees? Then it is not responsibility, its pressure! Either you can charge to employees for every penny which is used in premise like a shallow thinking employer or you can generate the sense of ownership with employee motivation! Why would any employee harm anything which is owned by him? He should feel that he is very much part of organisation. If as an employer you are unable to generate such sense amongst employees, he is not worth employing.</description>
