We do not supply single retail items with an engraving, our minimum engraving cost is £30. The flat rate cost for engraving is £0.83 per engraving, per item. For logo engraving there is a set-up/origination fee of £30. For text-only there is no set-up fee. For engraved orders over 150 items, Contact Us for an engraving quote. Logos should be sent to us, usually by email, in a reasonably high resolution image file. Please note our frien http://www.malawicongressparty.org/: there may be some restrictions to the possibilty of a logo's engraving. For example 3 dimensional logos cannot be engraved. We ensure you are happy with our 'interpretation' of your logo by sending you a proof for your approval. This is usually sent by fax or email, and then must be signed off by you before we commence with any engraving or branding.
Retail purchases of single unengraved items purchased from the website are usually sent the same business day, unless ordered after 4pm GMT *. Retail orders are made using Royal Mail's postal service. Corporate orders will be allocated a delivery date when ordering or requesting a quote. Usually lead-times are 5-10 working days for engraved in-stock items. Non-engraved corporate orders can be delivered as early as the next day. Wholesale orders usually take approximately 8 weeks. Wholesale orders are done on an individual basis, so times may vary. International deliveries are usually made using UPS 2/3 day service. UK deliveries are made using next day courier.
We offer several different payment options. All small retail orders must be purchased from the website's e-commerce facility. We use the SECURE 3rd party credit card processor WorldPay. Corporate clients can apply for an account with us for ease of payment. Contact our sales team for more information. Wholesale orders must have pre-arranged payment methods that our sales team can arrange. All international clients must pay for ANY goods ordered in full before any branding is done or delivery is made.

Terms & Conditions
We accept orders only on the basis that you have read our terms and conditions and that placing your order confirms that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch, Delta, Solo, Eurocard and JCB.
Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
All goods shall remain the property of Corporate-Gifts-Co until paid for in full. With all customers requiring customisation & engraving a 50% deposit is required of the total invoice, with the balance payable before delivery. Thereafter all accounts are payable 30 days from the date of invoice. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts. International customers may be required to settle in full before any work is carried out.
Upon receipt of an enquiry, when requested, we will provide you with a written quote. This is valid for one month from the date given.
All prices and offers are subject to availability. Errors and Omissions Excepted. ALL corporate order prices are subject to VAT.
Customers outside the U.K. are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs incurred during the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges.
Shipping and handling
We will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If the item(s) you ordered are in stock your order should arrive in 3-14 days (U.K., Europe, U.S. & Canada). For other destinations orders should arrive in under 20 days. We always aim to deliver your order as early as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All shipments are subject to stock availability. Due to regularly supplying large corporate orders, some items advertised may be out of stock. The customer will inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and will notify Business Gifts Co in writing of any shortage or defect in the order within seven days of receipt.
Delivery to UK destinations is made using next day courier. Delivery to European Union countries is made by Parcelforce Worldwide service. For deliveries to international destinations, Parcelforce International service is used. Orders will need to be signed for when delivered.
Please note that when multiple gift products are ordered together and one or more item(s) out of stock, there may be a slight delay in completing and delivering the order.

However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor and we endeavor to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.

These Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England. Business Gifts Co and the Customer agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail (including order number) of your desire to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us.
You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive the returned product from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Whilst every effort is made to match print colours to your requirements, due to the variety of both materials and material colours used in our products, we are unable to guarantee that this will always be possible. Art work may be supplied as hard copy in black and white or in the following formats; .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png & .psd by e-mail, floppy disc or CD. Whereart work is sent by e-mail a confirmation will be required by you after receipt by Business Gifts Co. The actual imprint size may vary depending on the limitations of the product being engraved. We can produce art work for you, please call for details. All engraved & printed orders are final. A proof will be issued and must be confirmed before any printing commences.
